Lalena Kotasek is a dynamic marketing executive with a proven track record in driving brand growth, digital strategy, and demand generation across B2B industries. As Founder and CEO at Collaborative Concepts Marketing, Lalena leads the charge in delivering high-impact marketing solutions that connect businesses to powerful outcomes through data-driven campaigns and strategic brand development.

With over a decade of experience spanning agency and in-house roles, Lalena has spearheaded initiatives that have fueled scalable growth, increased client retention, and built strong market positioning for companies across industrial, manufacturing, and service sectors. Her leadership style blends creativity with analytical precision, making her a trusted advisor in both the boardroom and the brainstorming room.

Lalena holds a deep passion for building high-performing teams, elevating brand narratives, and creating marketing ecosystems that convert. Outside of work, she’s an advocate for women in leadership and often shares her insights at local business events and marketing roundtables.

Lalena is a published expert in digital marketing and ecommerce platform development and marketing and proud to share she comes from humble beginnings and learned what it means to work hard growing up on her family ranch and with her Dad's construction business.

When you partner with Collaborative Concepts you are provided over 14 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, in addition to Lalena’s extensive background as a hands-on business owner in traditional marketing.

She began her e-commerce marketing career at the onset of Amazon's rise, working with Schwan's Foods after a chance conversation with a general manager in Colorado Springs. Prior to that she was a GM for a National Van Lines agency and learned warehousing and distribution. She has held leadership roles, including VP of Marketing for United Van Lines, Director of E-Commerce Marketing and IT for an electrical supply distributor, and most recently, Head of E-Commerce Marketing and Sales for an industrial housing builder/manufacturer in Dallas.

Early in her career, Lalena ventured into entrepreneurship by founding two construction businesses in Colorado and working as a real estate investor "fix and flipper" for many years.

After traveling the country for many years for business; Lalena is proud to call Texas her home. You will find her enjoying time on Lake Conroe with her family.
